At Redeeming Life, we strive to honor God as we share the love of Jesus and serve pregnant women and their precious children to carry out our mission: to provide a safe, stable home and give the women opportunities for growth in their relationship with their Savior, as well as career, parenting, and life skills education.
Working at Redeeming Life is more than just a job - it's a calling to serve those less fortunate, and surround them with love, care and acceptance they have not experienced in the outside world. We depend on people who are invested and called to make a lasting and eternal difference in the lives of others.

Our live-in residential programs are lead by Deaconesses first inspired by God to serve in mission and called through the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.

The Deaconesses work closely with full and part-time Residential Managers to support the physical, emotional and Spiritual care of everyone living in the homes in addition to managing the properties. ​
